2013-2014 Lottery
Please fill out one electronic pre-enrollment survey for each child that you wish to enroll in TOPA for the 2013-2014 school year. Please use the link below to complete the survey.
(A reminder that our incoming kinders must be 5 by September, 1st!)
Once you have completed the survey above, you have finished the first step in the enrollment process. You are now PRE-enrolled for the 2013-2014 school year! This means that your child is now entered in the lottery for admission. This is not an obligation from you to attend our school, nor is it a confirmation of your child’s acceptance.
The first lottery was held on February 28th and was drawn from names garnered from the Pre-Enrollment Survey submissions. All applicants chosen in this lottery have been notified. Scholars who have not been contacted remain in the lottery pool. (The pre-enrollment link above). TOPA is still accepting pre-enrollment entries. Additional lotteries will be held throughout the spring and summer as space permits (all enrollment closes September 30, 2013).
Once we have confirmed your child’s acceptance, you must fill out the enrollment paperwork to be considered enrolled. The enrollment paperwork is available at any TOPA family of schools campus or may be downloaded from our website. Completed enrollment paperwork is due, in person at any campus, within ten days of first contact.

Step 1: Download and complete the following paperwork (also available at any TOPA campus)

- Each form must be completed in its entirety and signed by a parent or guardian
- Note: Proof-of-Residency Form will require appropriate documentation
Step 2: Collect the following documents
- Birth Certificate (Not Footprints)-2 Copies
- Current Shot Records-2 Copies
- Current IEP (If applicable)
Step 3: Bring in all paperwork (from Step 2 and Step 3) to ANY Odyssey campus to receive a receipt confirming your child’s completed enrollment packet. Please save this receipt as confirmation of your child’s enrollment.
