SAT II (SAT Subject Test) Presentation
The SAT Subject Tests offer you an additional opportunity to show colleges what you know and what you know you can do. Many colleges use the SAT Subject Tests for admission, for course placement, and to advise students about course selection. Some colleges specify the SAT Subject Tests that they require for admission or placement; others allow applicants to choose which tests to take.
SAT/ACT Tests
The SAT is an admission test accepted by all U.S. colleges, and the College Board has programs to encourage all students to take advantage of higher education. The ACT is a college readiness standardized assessment test for high school achievement and college admissions in the United States. Colleges use the SAT and ACT test scores as a supplement to an applicant’s grades, class rank, GPA, course work and extracurricular activities.
